In a payment purpose, there must be specified a structural subdivision of the NEFU (i.e. the Institute of Physics and Technologies, IPT), the participant's surname, first name, and patronymic, the name of the conference, the form of participation, a type of additional optional payment, and the email. A number of characters with spaces must not exceed 210.

The service payment in euros is accepted in rubles at the current exchange rate
· The registration fee is paid only in case if the registration is accepted
· The registration fee includes attendance of plenary and section sessions, poster sessions, coffee breaks during the conference, a conference participant pack. The participation in the offsite meeting must be paid separately
· The cost does not include accommodation expenses.
